Super 21 Suffix line is made of nylon with a very high density and molecular weight, i.e. very high viscosity. This allows the line to be stretched without losing strength, which provides high resistance and very low elasticity - only 21%. The production process, an advanced hardening process, ensures long and strong molecular chains.
Therefore, Super 21 Suffix line is very durable, resistant to impacts and knots. During production, the line is cooled to very low temperatures several times and then heated up again.
This process gives the line excellent elasticity. The combination of high viscosity, durable nylon and an improved vulcanization process increases the average elongation of Sufix Super 21 line by only 21%, which is 40% less than traditional monofilament lines.
